I am a lover of all things fitness! I focus primarily on weight-loss for middle-age adults, but I work with all ages and abilities. I believe anyone can improve their fitness level no matter what their physical condition is. My clients love how I always keep the workouts interesting with various body-weight exercises, high intensity intervals, yoga and barre workouts. I make sure the workouts push you to your max but not beyond your abilities, while always having respect for your body and to come as you are. I love helping people see a difference in their bodies and quality of life.

I love being active in the mountains!...snowboarding, trail running, yoga, mountain biking, hiking, back-county camping, and healthy cooking.
